Job Summary:

Responsible for managing the workflow to define the product roadmap for financial systems that support functions such as subscriber reporting, commissions, and business operations, ensuring end user readiness to integrate and adopt new technology and supporting processes into daily operations. Conducts on-site process analysis and deployment support in the areas of marketing readiness, user acceptance testing, and live trial.

Core Responsibilities

-Author detailed analysis resulting in clear, concise and unambiguous system requirements.

-Produces technical requirements, processes and workflows for workflow platforms. Identifies areas where technology (enhancements or new systems) leads to increased efficiency and productivity.

-Ensures clearly defined and mutually agreeable success metrics for each new system or process and establishes a plan to track, monitor, and measure the success of those metrics.

-Uses a methodical yet collaborative approach to each project by:Measuring the process and questioning the capability and quality

-Defining the problem statement

-Performing a gap analysis between the customers' expectation and current process

-Translates business need into technology roadmap deliverables.

-Interacts closely with a matrixed cross-functional team (both field and corporate) in order to secure alignment and solution excellence.

-Fosters an environment of empowerment, openness, inclusion, and objectivity all while striving to deliver solutions that benefit the entire organization.

-Works with our HR and/or change management counterparts and identifies plans for change management, communication, and training needs.

-Implements deployment readiness program for rollouts, including communications, UAT, and training support for end users.

-Defines quality gates to ensure market readiness is in line with deployment milestones.

-Develops and defines methods and procedures for end user to address deploying technology and operational process changes.

-Reviews and updates Training Strategy to meet specific needs of end users.

-Defines a training plan to ensure business continuity.

-Reviews UAT testing strategy and updates to meet compliance requirements.

-Manages testing environment requests to include test accounts and required test data. Provides centralized defect management for UAT, maintains the defect and issues log, and conducts defect reviews.

-Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.

-Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.

-Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
