Core Responsibilities
  • Leverage a ticketing system to track requests
  • Provide network and desktop support to employees to include ordering/provisioning/deployment of new desktops/laptops/printing/mobility
  • Enforce operations and security policy for the corporate office environment
  • Create and Maintain documentation pertaining to all corporate systems
  • Asset tracking on corporate computing hardware
  • Full participant in On Call rotations; Daily SCRUMs; Iterative planning, Sprint Grooming, Retrospectives, Demos;
  • Produce and update documentation on areas of responsibility
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance

  • Administration experience on Apple Macintosh laptops and workstations (Casper/JAMF)

  • Administration experience with Active Directory Domains, Group Policies, MS Exchange Server, NTFS file shares
  • Administration experience with desktop security software (Symantec SEP)
  • Administration experience with enterprise backup solutions (BackupExec, VEEAM)
  • Administration experience with client level (Type 2) hypervisors such as VMware Workstation and Fusion
  • General network knowledge: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANS, SSO, SMTP, SSL, VPN
  • Able to utilize bash/PowerShell scripting to troubleshoot and automate tasks
  • Can rapidly find useful solutions using Internet search tools
  • Conflict resolution (friendly, easy to work with)

Bonus Skills:

  • Experience managing Atlassian Confluence & Jira Tools
  • Experience managing vSphere infrastructure (vCenter/ESXi)
  • Experience managing password management tools (1Password)
  • Experience managing MS SharePoint & QuickBooks Enterprise

Education Level
