Comcast Senior Manager, Project Management, ERP Supply Chain Systems in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

As a Senior Manager for Project Management for the ERP Supply Chain Systems team, you will be responsible for managing delivery on the supply chain systems portfolio. This includes monitoring and driving the delivery of supply chain capabilities across the enterprise, driving systems and operational improvement within the environments, reporting out on key operational metrics, and ensuring alignment of business and IT strategies.
-Manage a portfolio of complex initiatives that span one or multiple lines of business
-Create and manage scrum teams that manage and deliver capabilities to the business, and report on project success criteria results, metrics, test and deployment management activities
-Establishing practices, templates, policies, tools and partnerships to expand and mature these capabilities for the organization
-Provide on-site leadership for project team by building and motivating team members to meet project goals, adhering to their responsibilities and project milestones
-Provides daily leadership on day-to-day project activities and resources through project management team meetings
-Understand interdependencies between technology, operations and business needs
-Demonstrate a functional acumen to support how solutions will address client goals while maintaining alignment with industry best practices
-Manage project scope and changes
-Define the Statement of Work and Specifications for the requested goods and services
-Develop and manage all aspects of project and program engagement from planning, external vendor relationships, communications, resources, budget, change, risks and issues
-Monitor, track and control outcomes to resolve issues, conflicts, dependencies and critical path deliverables
-Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project and program team, analyze results and troubleshoot problem areas
-Identify and develop trusted adviser relationship with project and program stakeholders, sponsors and university stakeholders
-Deliver appropriate and effective executive level communication

-Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
-Combinations of relevant education, certifications, and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
-Continuous learning, as defined by Comcast's learning philosophy, is required.
-Certification or progress toward certification is highly preferred and encouraged.
-Ten years of progressive responsibility in an IT environment with demonstrated capabilities in managing large project teams.
-Five years successfully managing cross-team, enterprise level initiatives.
-Additionally, this position requires demonstrated knowledge and expertise in a broad range of information technology applications and infrastructures, as well as knowledge of how these technologies can be leveraged to solve business needs.
Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
-Clear understanding of commonly used development, operations, and architecture guiding principles and best practices.
-Strong verbal and written communication skills with presentation experience.
-Ability to work as a collaborative member of a team while also being comfortable in leading a work initiative when directed to do so.
-Ability to lead large change management initiatives across multiple business partners.
-Recent knowledge of business and systems flows within ERP environments, a plus.
-A clear understanding of both Agile and eXtreme project delivery methodologies, and how this can be successfully realized in the delivery tools and processes.
-Ability to breakdown requirements into project estimates and determine timelines and dependencies with the other domains/ projects.
-Ability to manage large and small work teams with experience in one or more project management tools.
-Clear understanding of ongoing and planned projects and their interdependencies/timelines.
