Responsible for maintaining all data, working with clients and talent leadership to translate data into actionable strategies, and developing reports and presentations to support all aspects of Executive Search function.

Core Responsibilities:

-Drive consistency of Comcast Executive Search data to ensure integrity of reporting

-Increase user adoption of Talent Relationship Management in support of efforts to promote CES "beyond the requisition" services: talent pipelining and research engagements

-Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using data from multiple systems including Encore (TRM database) and SAP Business Warehouse

-Monitor data to impact quality and consistency of information used for analysis. Identify data quality issues and implement solutions to improve overall accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of data

-Manage and distribute regular reports (e.g. requisition status). Identify trends, and review areas of concern with team

-Provide ad hoc reports and presentations for leadership

-Interact with clients to understand real requirements and identify the reporting solution

-Collaborate with recruiters and business leaders on delivery of research engagements focused on external leadership benchmarking, mission critical talent pipelines, market intelligence, and diversity initiatives

-Create partnerships with stakeholders, including Comcast Talent Solutions and HR Analytics

-Prepare documents and materials for leadership presentations, working with Excel, PowerPoint and dashboards

-Deliver new user and refresher training on use of TRM tool

-Suggest improvements to data quality and HR system

-Partner with Operations Team to conduct periodic assessment of process (e.g. interview scheduling, usage of tools), and identify and present areas of opportunity for increased efficiencies

-Partner with other members of Research team on development and delivery of research engagements

-Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

-Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work

nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.

Professional Experience and Qualifications:

-Strong data analysis skills and ability to translate data into insights

-Storytelling capabilities, understanding of how to leverage data for influence and understanding

-Ability to influence all levels of stakeholders

-Excellent communications skills (oral and written)

-Problem solving

Job Specification:

-Bachelors Degree or Equivalent

-Generally requires 5-7 years related experience
