Summary:

Responsible for driving revenue producing results by managing a team of sales representatives to meet and/or exceed Cloud Desk sales objectives. Develop and implement strategies to ensure team achieves consistent operational excellence in all company standards, directives and initiatives.

Core Responsibilities:

Creates and maintains client master data including margin analysis, prepared sales measurements and reports, processed transactions, returns, and exchanges according to Company guidelines.

Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture key accounts and verticals

Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the sales team and manage the sales program accordingly

Assign sales territories, set sales goals, and establish training programs for the organization's sales representatives.

Analyze sales statistics gathered by their staffs to determine sales potential and inventory requirements and to monitor customers' preferences.

Meet and exceed Sales Quotas

Drive Agent and supervisor sales performance through high participation of quota attainment

Provide on-the-ground support for sales associates as they generate leads and close new deals

Provides overall direction of the Cloud Desk team to drive lead generation, sales force database management, sales reporting, and production/control of presentations and proposals.

Additional Responsibilities:

Interfaces with appropriate internal groups (i.e., Accounting, Finance, Sales, Operations, IT, and Legal Affairs) to ensure proper analysis of tracking and reporting.

Maintains sales forecasts and analysis for management reports.

Maintains a high level of sales proficiency to meet the reporting needs on client activity.

Generates daily activity reports, reporting, and trends.

Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.

Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.

Minimum Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent

- Requires 6-9 years related experience

- 3 years' experience managing or supervising teams

- Sales Management Experience is a must

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word and Powerpoint

- Call center experience
