ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

Trading & Analytics Manager this role accountable for development and scaling the "Trading" vertical of the newly established Trading & Yield function within FreeWheel Markets. This is responsible for the execution of trading models, strategies , processes, governance, as well as detailed analytics to help drive revenue and improve revenue, fill rate, and gross margin for FreeWheel and Comcast

Core Responsibilities:

  • Define and implement trading logic to determine how to fill demand while optimizing against business objectives (i.e. margin, fill, Comcast revenue, etc.)
  • Set global trading models, process, governance to be implemented locally, while maintain global view of FreeWheel Markets inventory position and risk
  • Perform analysis on available demand and inventory to establish supply/demand pricing curves for various packages
  • Coordinate with the Ad Operations team to execute and optimize trades
  • Work with Finance to establish a risk function to track and monitor FWM financial exposure
  • Identify and assess 3rd party partners and technology platforms that will assist in the development of our Markets Trading Platform
  • Assist in the scoping and building out of our Linear Trading and Yield function, which includes people, process, and technology needs
  • Coordinate with Commercial leaders on Buy and Sell side to understand pipeline of buyers and sellers, as well as communicate needs to help improve fill and margin

Job Specification:

- Bachelors Degree or Equivalent

- Generally requires 6-9 years related experience
