Job Summary:

Responsible for the management and execution of promotional strategy efforts to gain new customers and maintain current subscriber base. With Primary focus on existing subscriber this role supports all aspects of promotional strategy. Works closely with Supervisor (Sr. Director Product Management), Sales leaders and Marketing BI to develop strategy to meet the needs of the business.

Responsible for managing the pipeline and forecast for Product Sales Support & Analysis. Reports procedures, resolves operational issues, and ensures personnel receive required information and documentation to perform their tasks efficiently. Oversees the communication flow between functional groups regarding sales forecast, reports, and analysis on client activity.

Core Responsibilities:

- Creates and Executes competitive upsell/cross sell pricing strategies to increase and retain rev-Works closely with finance in the analytics required to drive all promotions, understanding financial impact and viability of promotion on financial performance.

- Responsible from submission to fulfillment of Atlas Tickets, ensuring biller readiness prior to promotional launches.

- Deploys and measures effectiveness of promotional strategy, at Region and Channel level.

- Tracks trends, analyzes results and draws conclusions in order to recommend improvements in strategy.

- Provides updates on performance on weekly, monthly and quarterly basis to leadership.

- Responsible for the accuracy, execution and communication of monthly playbooks to regional and CoE sales teams.

- Serves as subject matter expert and provides guidance to employees as required.

- Develops process and procedures to drive department efficiencies.

- Assists in development, and meeting of, departmental budget.

- Creates and maintains client master data including margin analysis, prepared sales measurements and reports, processed transactions, returns, and exchanges according to Company guidelines.

- Provides overall direction of the Product Sales Support & Analysis team to drive lead generation, sales force database management, sales reporting, and production/control of presentations and proposals.

- Interfaces with appropriate internal groups (i.e., Accounting, Finance, Sales, Operations, IT, and Legal Affairs) to ensure proper analysis of tracking and reporting.

- Maintains sales forecasts and analysis for management reports.

- Maintains a high level of technical expertise and sales proficiency to meet the reporting needs on client activity.

- Generates daily activity reports, reporting, and trends.

- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.

- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance.

- Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.

Job Specification:
