In this role, you would be responsible for recruitment activities for our Houston region in a strong team environment; partnering, and building relationships, with your HR Business Partners, Leaders of your business units, hiring managers, and all in between. You would create recruiting plans/strategies, manage the requisition process, and work with leadership to establish goals, objectives and hiring priorities. We need a strong team player, and someone that can build rapport with all levels within our organization. Due to our high-pace environment, you have to be able to work with minimal supervision, and be self-motivated. Our team is very fast-paced and change is the only constant!
-Coordinate and organize the recruitment process and activities for the department.
-Oversee the development of initial job requisitions, including outlining requirements for positions and ensuring the requisition is approved, and posted to applicant tracking system.
-Collaborates with hiring department to develop firm understanding of department culture and position requirements, including skills and background required for the position.
-Assist in building candidate pipeline through targeted advertising, direct sourcing, employee referrals, networking, and recruitment events.
-Tracks and maintains/creates reports to capture open headcount, upcoming headcount, hiring costs, turnover, diversity, and other activity areas.
-Assures compliance with regulatory requirements, and has in-depth experience, knowledge and skills in recruitment.
-Ability to prioritize and act as a resource for all of our colleagues in Houston regarding Talent Acquisition.

Experience and Education
-Generally requires 5-7 years related experience
-Bachelor Degree or Equivalent
