Responsible for providing strategic leadership and executive oversight to all aspects of the Business Services Delivery Software Development, System Support and the department's projects and activities. Executing on all aspects of both BSS and OSS environment delivery from requirements through sunset. Forms relationships and trust with internal and external stakeholders including Business Owners, Application Development Leads, PMO, and other stakeholders. Establishes strategies to meet both business and Systems Engineering goals, including delivery of new features and functionality, stakeholder communications, quality, production stability, reliability availability and time to market. Uses lean and agile principles to manage subordinate managers, employees, and 3rd party development vendors and relationships.
-Creates and drives strategies in alignment with the Business Services visions and the Company's overall vision and business goals.
-Sets standards and drives agile methods across the department.
-Leads the Software Development and Engineering team in the development of new BSS and OSS software, web applications, reporting solutions. Leads the continued support for existing applications and applications in development. Oversees implementation initiatives, software updates, and infrastructure initiatives.
-Works with Supervisors and Managers to ensure all deliverables adhere to deadlines, specifications, and budgets. Develops and implements performance and resiliency metrics. Reviews deliverables and reports progress to the leadership team.
-Prepares and manages budget(s) and financial targets.
-Communicates and establishes relationships with business partners, vendors, and other functional areas of the company.
-Provides leadership and direction to department personnel from management to non-exempt employees.
-Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
-Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.

-Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering
-Generally requires 10 years related management experience leading Engineering or Development teams.
-Background in Software Development and Delivery.
-Experience leading large scale programs.
-Know and understand business process.
-Proven Experience with mission critical Sales, Service Delivery and Service Assurance tools.
-Demonstrated experience managing 99.999% available platforms.
