Comcast is seeking a Manager, Brand Strategy & Identity to serve as an integral member of the Brand team. He/she will be responsible for supporting holistic Xfinity brand strategy, identity, and governance to ensure the Xfinity brand is expressed clearly and consistently across all touch points to drive brand consideration and preference among consumers.

We are seeking a strategic thinker with a proven track record in brand strategy. Candidate must be able to lead and motivate agency partners and influence internal stakeholders across the company.

Core Responsibilities:

-Strategy: Develop, maintain and steward brand positioning, brand hierarchy. Responsible for ensuring strategic grounding and alignment of the end to end Xfinity experience through cross-functional partnership with all relevant teams including IMC strategy representation.

-Visual & Verbal Identity: Oversee visual & verbal identity initiative needs, agency management, legal review. Lead initiatives including design and naming phases of work; Build consensus among stakeholders to enable the adoption and execution of all brand-related initiatives

-Brand standards & fundamentals: Responsible for brand standards & guidelines (verbal and design), evolve standards as needed in partnership with internal and agency constituencies.

-Governance: Ongoing creative reviews & stewardship; drive consistent usage and application of brand standards across broad range of internal and agency teams; improve brand operations and effectiveness, including brand governance and outreach at the corporate and division levels to gain support for and alignment of the brand standards across all external and internal communications.

Job requirements:

-Bachelor's degree required

-5-7 years of related brand experience solid knowledge of consumer insights-led brand strategy and brand management

-Strong strategic thinking and ability to drive strategic approach to tactical execution

-Strong creative understanding/instincts

-Experience effectively collaborating with agency partners to drive strategic approach to creative execution across end to end customer experience

-Proven track record in project management, and the ability to rapidly shift priorities based upon marketplace demand.

-Strong storytelling, oral & written communication/presentation skills (including expert facility with PowerPoint)

-Professional with mature business judgment, experience managing budgets

-Innovative thinker with collaborative style, excellent follow through and problem-solving abilities.

-Ability to work in a rapidly changing, dynamic, and fast paced environment experience successfully operating in large corporate environment preferred.

-Prior experience in and strong knowledge of technology, entertainment, telecommunications preferred
