Summary:

Responsible for operations compliance activities related to the Comcast Cable business. Supports a variety of programs involving compliance management efforts in business areas that present risks. Works with cross-functional teams to understand current challenges. Works to define current operating processes and helps define a future state that will assure compliance with company legal, regulatory and policy objectives. Works with moderate guidance in own area of knowledge.

Core Responsibilities:

- Supports development of new operations compliance projects

-Helps define, develop and implement compliance framework in support of business strategy

-Helps create and maintain compliance plans and policies and is relied to ensure obligations are met

-Develops compliance assessments and supporting documentation

-Provides operations compliance process documentation and develops policies.

-Demonstrates project management skills, with a proven track record of successful delivery of projects on time, in line with strategy.

-Develops key performance indicators to support compliance enforcement and risk mitigation

-Analyzes and tracks performance data in support of strategic goals

-Coordinates with cross-functional teams to assess internal and industry needs and identifies possible solutions to meet those needs

-Interacts closely with various Business Units, Corporate Communications, Government Affairs and the Legal/Regulatory Department

Additional Responsibilities:

- Supports analysis and design of existing and new business processes that span multiple areas of the organization, including Customer Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing, Training, Finance, and Legal.

- Develops scalable processes to support and benefit the Company's architecture vision.

- Deconstructs technical concepts and metrics to facilitate process development.

- Helps to define success metrics for each new system or process and establishes a plan to track, monitor, and measure the success of those metrics.

- Completes assessments of business processes and documents each of the following areas: problem statements, process flows, gap analyses, and solution recommendations.

- Develops repeatable, and thus scalable, plans and processes in order to speed time to market and improve operational efficiency.

- Interacts closely with matrixed cross-functional teams (both field and corporate) in order to secure alignment.

- Diagnoses, corrects, and documents issues, risks, and problems using Quality Assurance (QA) practices.

- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.

- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.

- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

- Minimally requires 1-2 years of experience with Compliance, Audit or Project Management.

- Generally requires 2-5 years related experience

- Proficient in MS Excel with vlookups and pivot tables.

- Experience with technical, policy or assessment writing is a plus.

- Strong written and oral communication skills.

- Ability to work with multiple cross functional teams.

- Bachelors Degree or Equivalent
